You are invited to apply for one or both Erasmus+ BIPs (Blended Intensive Programmes) organized by our partner, IHECS Brussels:
- Meeting Intercultural Brussels – 9th to 16th February 2024 + online sessions.
Co-organised with Windeshein University of Applied Sciences and Anglo-American University of Prague
- Campaigning in the EU: Immersive Week on Pre-Election Political Communication –
10th to 17th May 2024 + online sessions.
Co-organised with Panteion University of Social and political Sciences in Athens, FHWien of VKW in Vienna and University of Wroclaw.
Your nomination by the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Journalism and Communication Sciences (FJSC-UB) will be communicated to IHECS, which will conduct a final selection based on a cover letter and CV (plus any additional criteria they may consider – see below).
There is a maximum of 3 nominations UB can communicate for each BIP and the minimum criteria for admission communicated by IHECS are the following:
Admission requirements (IHECS):
BIP Intercultural:
- To be nominated by the home institution, partner of the IHECS
- Have a B1 level in English
- Be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the humanities and social sciences
- Commit, if selected, to take part in the 7 days in Brussels + the online sessions
- The sending institution is responsible for awarding Erasmus + grants to students. Accommodation (in shared is booked by the IHECS but paid for by the students (at a maximum price of 35/night)
BIP Campaigning in EU:
- To be nominated by the home institution, partner of the IHECS
- Have a B1 level in English
- Be enrolled in a PhD or Masters in European affairs, Political Sciences, International Relations, Public Relations, etc. Applications from students with a baccalaureate will not be excluded but will not be given priority
- Attach a CV and a covering letter
- The sending institution is responsible for awarding Erasmus + grants to students. Accommodation (in shared is booked by the IHECS but paid for by the students (at a maximum price of 35€/night)

- Identity card
- CV (in Europass format, in English)
- Cover letter (motivation letter) for the BIP you are applying to (evaluated from 1-10)
- An official document certifying your English level (evaluated as follows: C2 – 10, C1 – 9, B2 – 7, B1 – 5)
* The level of study and the type of study programme asked by IHECS for each BIP are qualification/disqualification criteria.
* In case of similar scores, priority will be given to first-time participants.
